हाथरस प्रकरण | योगी सरकारने सुप्रीम कोर्टाला दिलेल्या प्रतिज्ञापत्रात धक्कादायक कारण

नवी दिल्ली, ६ ऑक्टोबर : हाथरस प्रकऱणावरुन वेगवेगळ्या गोष्टी सांगितल्या जात असल्याचं म्हणत सुप्रीम कोर्टाने हे सर्व थांबलं पाहिजे अशा शब्दांत उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारला फटकारलं आहे. हाथरस घटना भयंकर असून आम्हाला न्यायालयात पुन्हा पुन्हा तोच युक्तिवाद नको आहे असंही सुप्रीम कोर्टाने स्पष्ट केलं आहे. हाथरसमधील साक्षीदारांना कशा पद्धतीने सुरक्षा पुरवली जात आहे यासंबंधी सुप्रीम कोर्टाने प्रतिज्ञापत्र सादर करण्याचा आदेश उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारला दिला आहे. याप्रकरणी सुनावणी पुढील आठवड्यापर्यंत स्थगित करण्यात आली आहे.

त्यानंतर हाथरस येथील कथित सामूहिक बलात्कार प्रकरणी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात शपथपत्र दाखल केले आहे. यात उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारने विरोधकांवर जातीय दंगे पसरवण्याचा प्रयत्न करत असल्याचा आरोप केला आहे. महत्वाचे म्हणजे यूपी सरकारने आपल्या शपथपत्रात, कुटुंबीयांच्या परवानगीनंतर आणि हिंसेपासून बचावासाठी आर्ध्या रात्री पीडितेवर अंत्यसंस्कार करण्यात आल्याचेही म्हटले आहे.

अयोध्या-बाबरी प्रकरणामुळे जिल्ह्यांना हाय अलर्ट जारी करण्यात आला होता. तसेच कोरोनामुळे गर्दी न होऊ देण्याचा उल्लेखही यूपी सरकारने आपल्या शपथपत्रात केला आहे. यूपी सरकारने म्हटले आहे, की अयोध्या-बाबरी प्रकरणात आलेल्या निकालाची संवेदनशीलता लक्षात घेत पीडितेच्या कुटुंबीयांच्या परवानगीने रात्रीच्या वेळी अंत्यसंस्कार करण्यात आले.
